Terms of Service

By creating an account or using POV, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use POV.

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure.

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. You give us a limited license to store, process and display them — including sending them to our AI providers — only to operate and improve the service for you.

When you upload a photo or describe a character, you confirm that:

• the photo is of you, or you have the permission of the person pictured;
• no one pictured is under 18;
• you have the rights needed to upload it, and it does not infringe anyone's copyright, privacy or publicity rights.

We may remove content, or suspend an account, that we reasonably believe breaks these terms or the law.

Posters, panels, story text and character replies are generated by AI. They can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to content created for others, and characters may not look exactly like the photos provided.

Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the content generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes. Characters and conversations are fictional and do not reflect the views of any real person.

You agree not to use POV to:

• create sexual content involving minors, or depict any real person under 18;
• create sexually explicit, degrading or non-consensual imagery of a real person;
• impersonate, harass, defame or threaten anyone, or create content that promotes hate or violence;
• upload content you do not have the rights to, or violate anyone's privacy or intellectual property;
• break the law, or try to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the service or its coin system.

Generating posters and scenes uses coins. New accounts receive free welcome coins, and you can buy more coin packs. Prices are shown in US dollars and payments are processed by Stripe. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Coins are a limited license to use features of the service. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, and are not refundable once purchased, except where required by law. If a generation fails, the coins spent on it are returned to your balance.

We may change coin prices or costs in the future; changes will not affect coins you have already bought.

You can stop using POV at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Unused coins are lost when an account is closed for breaking these terms.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, POV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the service. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
